Context

UST Global is a service-based tech consultancy working with enterprise clients globally. Over two years, I contributed to multiple high-impact projects across domains:

  1. Dell Technologies (Fortune 500) – E-commerce flows, B2B/B2C platform enhancements

  2. UST HealthProof (UST Subsidiary) – SaaS tools for US healthcare insurance workflow management

  3. Hero MotoCorp – Campaign UX for a gamified sales engagement

Each project demanded domain immersion, systems thinking, and cross-functional design collaboration to drive business results.

Dell Technologies

Automating UX & Accuracy Impact Across Global website

Context

Dell.com is a high-scale global e-commerce platform serving both B2C and B2B users. I worked on an internal automation product aimed at increasing monitoring coverage and accuracy across Dell’s digital properties, saving millions in revenue leakage and thousands of manual work hours.

  • Designed multiple automation modules and business-actionable dashboards from scratch — from business requirements to research, concepting, and handoff

  • Conducted systems-level research, defined design metrics, and developed design documentation and UI specs

  • Introduced an Agile Kanban model tailored to design inside a Scrum-led team, improving velocity and transparency

  • Led QA and usability checks during staging to ensure high-quality handoffs

  • Elevated UX maturity from Level 1 → 4 (NN Group model) by embedding design rituals and stakeholder alignment into the team’s operating model

  • Streamlined effort tracking and delivery through JIRA Kanban setup — reducing turnaround time by over 50%

Context

UST HealthProof, a UST subsidiary, builds SaaS tools that streamline data exchange between hospitals, health insurance agencies, and U.S. government regulators.

Context

Hero needed a digital campaign to drive lead generation for the Maverik 400cc — their first in the mid-range performance bike segment.

  • Designed a gamified microsite using Octalysis framework to boost visitor engagement and excitement

  • Created interaction flows targeting achievement, curiosity, and progress triggers

Reflection

  • These three engagements helped me grow into a multi-domain systems thinker — someone who can move between e-commerce efficiency, regulatory-heavy health systems, and brand-led marketing experiences.

  • I learned to deliver UX value not only in screens and journeys, but in how design integrates with business, tech, and delivery systems.
