Context

Darukaa Earth is spearheading biodiversity restoration in India and using tech to track ecosystem health. But as an early-stage team, understaffing was a key challenge. Employees spent hours every week manually drafting LinkedIn posts — critical for:

  • Building credibility in an emerging domain

  • Attracting businesses and partnerships

  • Establishing leadership in biodiversity credits

The team needed a way to automate LinkedIn content creation while staying authentic, consistent, and aligned with Darukaa’s brand voice and sales goals.

The Challenge

  • Understaffing made it impossible to maintain a steady content pipeline

  • LinkedIn is a priority channel for awareness and partnerships, so quality couldn't be compromised

  • Outreach and content needed to tie back to business development and sales funnels

My Process

1. Understanding a New Domain
  • Deep-dived into biodiversity credits and the green-tech ecosystem

  • Identified Darukaa’s positioning as pioneers in restoration monitoring using tech

  • Studied the audience segments: policymakers, businesses, conservationists

2. AI-Powered LinkedIn Automation
  • Designed an n8n-based automation workflow to draft and schedule posts

  • Built custom GPT prompts to generate content in Darukaa’s brand tone

  • Ensured outputs aligned with thought leadership and business credibility

3. Integrating Business Workflows
  • Collaborated with Darukaa’s team to connect automation with HubSpot & Apollo

  • Linked LinkedIn outreach directly into the sales funnel:

    • Awareness → Engagement → Lead Qualification → Partner Outreach

  • Set up feedback loops to refine outputs and targeting

4. Testing, Iteration & Training
  • Ran multiple content pilots with different tones and formats

  • Trained internal team members on adjusting prompts and using the workflow

  • Designed a lightweight reporting dashboard to track engagement and leads generated

  • Agenetic agent that triggers every 3rd day and produces content in alignment with Darukaa's tone and trends from last 3 days.

  • Automated Pipeline: Reduced manual content work by ~70%

  • Sales-Linked Marketing: Integrated outputs with HubSpot & Apollo to connect content → outreach → business
