Context

Artist as a Founder

Worked with classical musician Raman Acharya to define his brand positioning, business strategy, and launch plan for his upcoming website. The goal was to balance artistic authenticity with a sustainable revenue model, building an ecosystem where audiences can engage, connect, and support his work.

Engagement

Challenge

Independent artists often face the challenge of monetizing their craft without diluting its essence. Raman needed:

  • A clear value proposition that differentiates him in the music industry

  • A multi-channel launch plan to create visibility for his work and website

  • A framework for revenue streams beyond live performances

My Approach

1. Brand Core Definition

  • Identified Raman’s unique differentiators: multi-instrumental skill, collaborative approach, and classical mastery

  • Positioned him as a cultural bridge — connecting heritage music with modern audiences

2. Business Model Mapping

  • Workshops & Training: For schools, colleges, cultural institutions

  • Private Performances & Collaborations: Intimate events, cross-genre partnerships

  • Digital Assets (Future): Recordings, masterclasses, and music resources

3. 3-Day Launch Campaign Plan

  • Day 1: Personal WhatsApp outreach → Story-driven introduction + feedback form

  • Day 2: Social media proof → Behind-the-scenes stories, audience testimonials

  • Day 3: Direct call to explore the website → Booking links + program highlights

4. Communication UX

  • Platform-specific messaging that balanced warmth with professionalism

  • Reel scripts and captions for social media to humanize the launch

  • Flow planning for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook engagement
